The Hotel were very helpful and eager to please. Dinner in the Restaurant was good but breakfast was a little spoiled but the old problem of being unable to keep food hot by keeping it over a small candle.

The hotel boasts beautiful gardens and patios.
The breakfast service was poorly managed. I reminded me of more attention was given to room numbers than to guests. The spa was underwhelming-while I was excited to unwind, the cleanliness of the pool area was disappointing and not up to standard. I expected a much higher level of service for a hotel that promotes itself with an elegant reputation.

Service is spectacular, everyone went out of their way to help us. As well, if you need to visit this area of Portugal, this is a great place to stay. Dinner was the best of the 3 most famous restaurants in the area. Great for couples looking to disconnect for a couple days.

Our stay was quite pleasant, as we were visiting the nearby Museu Municipal Martins Correia. The room we had was spacious and beautifully decorated, providing a comfortable atmosphere for relaxation. One highlight was the good breakfast, which had a nice variety and got our day off to a good start. We also took advantage of the free SPA, which was a nice touch during our downtime.

The facilities were fantastic, and the outdoor bar was a perfect hangout spot. We enjoyed breakfast with delicious options and loved relaxing by the pool. The location made it easy to check out local spots. Highly recommend staying here!
It would have been better if they had a coffee maker in the room. That was a bit inconvenient.

The spacious and beautifully decorated Prestige Double Room provided a comfortable ambiance for relaxation, complemented by a tranquil atmosphere. The breakfast included freshly squeezed orange juice and a good variety that set a positive tone for the day. The room could benefit from some updates, and some amenities, although enjoyable, could use more attention to detail. The pool and spa areas, while inviting, lacked some of the cleanliness expected from such a venue.
